Breakfast staff ignored me for 15 min, would not come take my order. I had to get up and ask someone to see my table. She then yelled at me from across the room to ask what I wanted. Rude. Lazy. Unacceptable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel in Downtown Rochester. The staff is very friendly and the location is great. Love that I was able to check in and pick my room a day ahead of time.

Awesome hotel in Rochester

The hotel was beautiful and clean. My bpyfriend and I felt right at home from the time we walked into the building to when we got to our room. We did not want to be cheap even though we were staying overnight.

We picked this hotel for the good ratings and it's location. It was a comfortable stay with nice clean rooms. Just a short easy walk to the strong museum. There is not a Continental breakfast but there is a restaurant in the hotel that was very accommodating and the staff was great.

this is a great hotel.nice and clean and the staff was friendly even in the late hours of the night. Really showed they cared about their jobs. I enjoyed the clean comfortable bed linens and the great coffee in the morning.
