Please don't take your loved ones to this facility. I had my mother there but, had to get her out before she got hurt. They are tremendously understaffed and, that equates to a lack of proper care. Also, the billing department (especially the manager) is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. The (the billing department) has owed me for an overpayment for a month and a half....I still don't...

Do not send anyone to these facilities. They treat their staff horribly. I have witnessed things like floor managers reprimanding someone in front of guests and other staff. That is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. They do not care how hot or how cold anyone is. Overheard staff talking about that they have no place to put their things such as jackets, purses or even lunch boxes....

I was released from Tennova North Hospital to Beverly Park Place because I had to have rehab to learn how to walk again at a medical facility, due to still being under Dr.'s orders. After only being there 8 days, I left in an ambulance due to a Saddle Pulmonary Embolisim that had formed on my lungs from clots in legs. I was only in PT 1 hr daily, in bed the other 23hrs.
