This review is for their Mount Pleasant branch.
The staff there is terrible.
Their med management person makes assumptions as well as takes forever to send in paperwork to your insurance company(if needed). Her 'assistant' in the office doesn't seem to know the first thing about dealing with people who have mental health issues.
I would recommend you avoid this place unless it's your last resort.

I was at hillcrest from 2007 til 2009 and it helped me a lot I made a lot of friends there its a good place
