Rude and unprofessional staff. Spoke with owner who was condescending and said that the damage the company's truck caused to my property was my own problem. I would not do business with these slimebags even if I needed five thousand balloons by tomorrow afternoon. I'd rather have no balloons at all than deal with people like these.

Helium Mafia! Rented a helium tank for my business. Still had helium in it (which was paid for and also paid a deposit as well) then some "thug" harrasses me when the helium prices go up and says he needs to take the tank back, even though we paid for the helium.
