Went for dinner and totally enjoyed the smoked turkey, chicken. My Husband had the house platter. It had turkey, sausage, brisket and pulled pork. About 2 pounds of meat. Food was excellent. Just enoughn smoke flavour, not to much. Service was excellent.
Would definitely go back again. :-)

We almost skipped eating here because it looked a little rough from the outside. But the St Louis ribs were meaty and tasty. A local recommended a side of raspberry BBQ sauce and it was my favorite. Very disappointing tonight brisket was dry and tasted more like a pot roast and collard greens were cold. Too much competition around to be sub par.

This was our first time eating at Hickory Sticks. It is a little hole in the wall bbq place. Nothing fancy at all. My husband had the St. Lois ribs. He loved them.. Very meaty and fall off the bone.
