Had a maintenance worker come to my door while smoking, Assistant Manager could care less when I reported it and I still see him around. The management team is the worst my family has ever experienced. This is a Poor quality living environment with absolutely no professional assistance available from management or maintenance. Trash is everywhere and the laundry rooms are full of mold and out of use. Don't waste your time.
To Make a long story short. They took my money, never called me. When I finally went to the office after being ignored for 3 weeks. They took my money, approved my application. Gave my apartment away. And basically let me I know i need to get out there face.. they said they fired alot of people because that happened alot, prior to me.. but the snakes are still there.
