They were thorough, arrived on time, called 30 minutes before they arrived. Didn't try to see us anything we didn't need. Ed gave us great customer service.

The tecnician was knowledable and patient in finding the problem and then working through it. He explained to me what the issue was and what was needed to correct. There was no hidden charges and though everything is expensive these days, was satisfied with price because of the amount of time it took to fix.
