Have never written a review on Citysearch before but was so appalled at the way Hertzberg treated my husband and fur when he went to pick it up from storage.

Belk closed their fur storage so I moved to Hertzberg - Big mistake. Clerk was rude - just flung the fur at my husband without a hanger or a bag. I called to talk to the manager about it - left a message but he did not call me back. Sent an email through their website. If this is how they treat customers wonder how well my fur was being taken care of! See their response below - rather snippy about how he should have simply asked...

I wanted a new fur for Christmas and my husband had heard good things about this store so we went there. It was a great shopping experience and I am thrilled with my new coat! The staff was wonderful and they helped me figure out the perfect style! The service was top notch and I cannot say enough good things about them!

I am from New York and could not believe I found a furrier
the caliber of mine from the city. They have on premise fur
storage and 2 furriers to take care of any repairs I needed!
Their selection of furs was amazing. This is one place
I was happy to find.
