I made a reservation, but when I showed up they didn't have any cars. Like Seinfeld says, they know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to keep the reservation. Frustrating waste of time, no car, no apology, will not be back.

This is the only Hertz location I will rent from. Akome [I hope I got the spelling right] and Patrick have both been extremely helpful and have gone out of their way to track down the exact size...

The people were super friendly- but all in all it was a bit shady. We told the guy that we were coming back Sunday and would drop the car back then (driving back from Vegas) he waited until we were in the car ready to go until he told us they shut at 1 on the weekends so we may have to rent it an extra day. …
