Not recommended. There were two people in front of us in line and it took the person at the counter 40 minutes to attend to us. You may as well pay more to rent from the airport location instead.

Great experience with Hertz! We pulled in to lot which is a little further from others but no big deal, got our receipt and walked a stone's throw to the shuttle. No rush, no line, great service! Never rent a car form here again! It took me over 1hr to pick up my car, and I'm still waiting! All of the people just waiting in the lobby for their car, and some of them already waiting for over 2 hrs. No idea why is taking so long!!!
