I needed large car ordered Chrysler 300 got mid size Buick
The overall service was good ... but I was surprised when downgraded at counter to standard car from premium reservation. The car I was assigned was fine but I reserved 5 days in advance and really expected the premium car I reserved. I understand there are only so many card available but would have appreciated some sort of discount or compensation for the last minute downgrade with no options...
