The problems other people had must be a thing of the past because I love this office. I originally came to the office after I found the dentist I was seeing at BSC to be a swindler or unable to read xrays- he found 8 cavities while Dr. Patel only found 3. I have been going to Hershey Dental Plaza for the past four months and I am very impressed with Dr. Patel and her staff! The dentist, hygenists, and desk personnell are all extremely nice. However, the fact that someone is nice doesn't necessarily mean that they provide good service. I got jabbed in the mouth with a needle. When I squirmed, the dentist said that I was overreacting and that it wasn't that bad.
