I had to have an emergency root canal in 2010 (first one in my life). I was in a lot of pain and nervous about the procedure. Dr. Herold did a fantastic job. He is the sweetest guy ever, very gentle, patient, what I call "old school" no free coffee, sparking water in the waiting room, no flashy flat screen tv's on the ceiling (which patients undoubtedly pay for) just good, solid dentistry. I had to have a second root canal yesterday and I went back to Dr. Herold. He is still the same great dentist.
Dr. Harlod is good at knowing how to relax patients. He will also make sure you are comfortable. Seems to have a lot of knowledge. Definitely not rough when working on me.
