This hospital is cruel and discriminating.the staff treats you like an animal and if you are in need of medical help i highly recomend you find a different hospital. recently being released from their rain of terror they so called being welcome to the facility i came out worse then when in.the food is grotesque the orderlies look at you as if your a monster and they enjoy haveing a scream fest...

Honestly Heritage Oaks gave me exactly what I needed. I wasn't on vacation and I wasn't at a day spa...I was there because I attempted suicide and was placed on a 72-hour hold. okay i just got out of this place yesterday and it was terrible! my dr. didnt believe a word i was saying and there was only 2 decent staff members! the foods terrible the gym sucks and kids arnt even aloud to talk to anyone outside of the family! the whole time i was there i felt like a dog trapped inside and just dying to get out! there was group therepy and we did the same thing every time!...
