As both an undergrad and graduate student at UT I have had quite a bit of experience with renting in the campus area and Karl Hendler was by far my worst experience. Karl Hendler is a dream landlord and property manager. KHP manages many, many properties in Austin, and I hope that the untruths being posted on CitySearch soon disappear. The negative statements simply are not true----I am a current tenant, and would rent from Karl Hendler again any time, anywhere.

Any positive reviews on this site were probably made by Karl or one of his friends. No one who has rented from him would say anything nice about him and they surely wouldn't go on and on about how great he is. He is crazy and complains and yells at you when you need basic repairs.
