Hemming Park has had a huge turnaround, that can't be denied. I wish I could enjoy it with my family though. You can't go more than two steps without having cigarette smoke being blown in your face. It's disgusting. Cigarettes at the dining area, the kid's area, everywhere! Jacksonville needs to get on board with clean air laws so we can actually enjoy the improvements that are being made.

I LOVE Hemming Park! Such a joy to downtown Jacksonville and so proud of this city for turning around such a little (hidden) gem.
