The volunteer stated that a previous manager was violating HIPPA laws via Facebook. That Manager was fired from the Clinic. All the managers that were employed there have been removed for a reason. The previous manager was the only one who left because she moved out of state, I was told by a physician there. The new one is doing a pretty good job.
I am also a volunteer at the Clinic. I volunteer 2-3 times a week and I would like to comment back to "Patient 0". They are a difficult office to get a hold of at times but there is only ONE manager working there. She has to balance 6,000+ weekly, handle refill requests, social security requests, free medication applications and schedule appointments daily, as well as manage a schedule for the...
Helping Hands does do Lab work for their patients. They send them to Healthstar Physicians and the patients are not charged for Lab Work as long as they provide their helping hands card, which is given to them after their first appointment :)
