Linda and Shannon who run the place are very friendly, IF, and I emphasize IF you can get in touch with them. It is nearly impossible to EVER get a call back or reply from an email. It has taken as long as a month just for a return phone call, let alone see any sort of repairs. We moved out over a month ago, and have yet to see our security deposit or even a reply to our numerous emails and...
I rented a property from this management office and they are slow on repairs but quick on collecting rent. The lower end properties are poorly cared for and the maintence personnel are rarely seen.
They will blame tenants for failed worn out equipment and facilities. Just be careful - In this case, you truly will get what you pay for.
