Throughout our entire registry process, we had excellent customer service from the Bridal Team at the Southpark Macy's. Last night, we had an issue with our Registry Rewards card and Sabrina worked tirelessly to help us out. We ended up with the best possible result due to her genuine care and concern. This is the type of customer service that will make us Macy's customers for life!

It may be pricy but they actually have great sales, go at the right time and you can get some awesome stuff for Walmart prices! It is also hard some times finding someone to check you out, but hey it's retail. They are always nice here and if your a "secret super member!) you get first dibs on sales not advertised. Oh Macy's how I love thee :)
