Worst property management company ever. They took my money for three years and did absolutely NOTHING to manage my property. My contract said no pets and no smoking. Two large dogs lived in the house and they smoked like a freight train. All of my carpets were destroyed, the kids used the walls as a canvas, the tenants didn't know what a vacuum, broom, or mop looks like, and they didn't change...

If I could give them negative stars I would. AWFUL!!!! Save yourself from this company. They're lazy, do the absolute minimum but want the maximum, always late, cheat you. I could go on forever. Cathey Harrison is absolutely terrible. She should hang her hat up and retire. RUN AWAY!!!!! from this company. Oh...and the office manager and owner are just as bad. They could care less.
