Help us make it rightDO NOT USE THIS AGENCY EVER! They should not be in business. My mother has been w/ them for only two and a half months, and I've seen enough! During this period, she was without an aide about 20 days in total. I believe we received a phone call informing of such, maybe 2 or 3 times! AND, if it's a holiday, expect a no show from the aide! You won't find out until after the fact! SO UNACCEPTABLE...
I used to facility to learn CPR and the instructor was wonderful. He made it interesting and it was great!!!!!!!
