These folks are great. They really seem to want to help me. From the staff on the phone, to the people in the branch. They're so nice. Rates are pretty good too.

Well, as much as i thought banking with Hawthrone credit union would be great for me. I m finding that lately ALL services has been an huge inconvenience for me. The bank by phone was down for months on in when i needed it the most. I did not have access to a computer constantly. Also, now i have a computer now the on-line site is not available. HCU has developed a plan with their debit card/Visa to charge members overdraft fees, when useing the debit card your credits take longer to apply then purchases, even if they are done at same time and same place,
I think this is a awful rule
