I want to respond to the negative review on 5/17/2015. Most if not all tanning salons in our area have an expiration policy on tanning packages. Most salons have a 1-year policy. It is a use it or lose it. At Hawaiian TanFastic, we have a reclaim policy that allows our customers to get back any "expired" minutes/visits even if it's been 5+ years since they last tanned with us.

Disappointed! I bought 10 sessions which I did not get to use within a year from the time i purchased them. So when I went back to use the 3 sessions I had left they told me too bad, they are expired and that in order to get to use them I had to buy a new package. What?!? I bought sessions, not time! Pretty sneaky way of doing busisness

I've been going here for years. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always have promotions and specials to save you money. Bulbs are replaced often and the place is very clean. They also do stuff to help the community.

Has to be the best salon in Zanesville Ohio. Great beds, great staff, great prices! I wouldn't tan anywhere else. I saw the manager/owner give someone a free mini moisturizer just because she wanted to. She always goes above and beyond for her customers!

I had been tanning at another local salon, mysteriously my sessions I had paid for disappeared so I decided to try Hawaiian Tanfastic, WOW wish I had gone here years ago. The staff is very nice and helpful, the salon is very clean and organized! Love the Beach Club Program! Thanks Lady I'll be with you for a long time to come. Oh and lets not forget 1 week free just to try out the different beds!
