Rude and gruff on the phone

I called them yesterday to have them look at our non-working AC unit. After giving the guy on the phone my address he said "we'll be there tomorrow". Click. No time estimate at all - he just hung up. Everyone has a bad day so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This morning around 8:30 am the same guy calls me and says they are heading out to the house. My wife had mentioned grocery shopping...
