Very helpfull staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great price. Right in Little Italy , stores, restaurants, beautiful views when i went for a walk . Very close to the Gaslamp dristric. Clean and nice area. As a woman traveling by myself, i felt safe at this hotel and the surranding areas.

I am visiting San Diego for personal business since the end of November 2015 and is staying at here with my daughter. Business is taking longer that I plan due to unforseen reasons and the owner, Ms. Lela is willing to go the extra mile to make our visit as comfortable as possible and she has a heart of Gold. Thank you for a great continous service.

This hotel is the only one in town with free parking. There is an excellent view of the harbor, and one can walk a short distance to many bars and restaurants. We booked our reservation through Hotwire and they lied and told us there was self-service laundry here...upon telling us that there were not, and had never been any laundry machines here, the gracious front desk clerk gave us directions...
