Be cautious using Harbor East Dental, I found them dishonest when it comes to insurance policy and payment issues. They'll say you're covered (or not say you're not covered) with your plan prior to the procedure, and when you later become surprised over having to pay most of the bill despite your dental coverage plan (i.e. BlueCross), they'll tell you it was your responsibility to find out that they actually weren’t part of the network. The other annoying thing I have experienced at Harbor East Dental is that a dentist may continuously try to sell you various dental cosmetic procedure products while you're stuck in the chair - it feels like having a car dealer digging in your mouth.
The staff here is wonderful. They are friendly, courteous, and make the overall experience pleasant. I was seen under very short notice and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely go back.

I have been going to Harbor East Dental for about 8 years, and they are the best. From cleanings to fillings to night guards, they offer top quality care. Everyone is so friendly there, and they all go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during your appointment. They have a lifelong client!
