You have to pay extra just to get the dead skin off your feet. If you want them to grate your feet or give you a nice massage you have to pay $45 for the Deluxe pedicure. The whole point of a pedicure is to get dead, tired skin off. They are always busy and get plenty of business, they don't need to be charging people extra for that.
