equipment not up to code, pt shower rooms not ventilated. Arguing between CNA's and lisensed personel have bad attitudes. PT bar soap in shower rooms used for all pt's. PT's not turned as required causing decubitus ulsers very little team work if any at all. I would never leave a family member in this facility.
