Projects required some special materials and thus a trip to HD.

Mark was very nice, but I booked his time 2 weeks in advance, and took off work. At exactly the time of the appointment he called to say he had double booked, and would come later in the afternoon. Then he called again at lunch time leaving a voicemail saying he would come out 2 days later. I called back immediately saying that wouldn't work and the either he needed to come out that...
