I have pinched a nerve in my lower back working out 3 times in the last 2.5 years. After the last time I decided I needed to go a different route than my doctor. Matt was able to point out that a lot of my problem has to do with other muscles around my back being too tight. He is in the process of stretching me out and teaching me how to help myself stay flexible. So far it has been great.
I was referred to Handled With Care by my P.T. I was having continued pain that the P.T. wasn't able to identify. Matt was able to pinpoint the main cause of the pain. Then he was able to let the PT know where to focus his attention. Once better and back to working out, will definitely return for a sports massage.
