Customer service could use some work at this location. Unable to accomadate appointment day when I called multiple times. No other service date was offered - just sorry we are booked ,goodbye. Left on hold for 7 mins on phone at non peak time when I called back they had no apologies . But Anna gave a great through massage she gets 5 stars.
