My husband booked a facial and a massage at this place last week. I cannot begin to tell how bad it was! The front desk is atrocious. I think the girl there was Jenna or Jennie. She was very unprofessional and not pleasant at all. I had to wait IN LINE for over 15 minutes to work out the gift certificate and payment details. Super disorganized front desk that will drive this business to the ground. The massage therapist was ok (you get what you pay for) but the facial was terrible. I supposedly had their best, the "lead esthetician" (Marina or Mariska) whom was sold to me as the one I needed to have. This woman would not shut up during the facial. I understand they need to communicate certain things but this was ridiculous. I wanted to relax and enjoy it but she ruined the whole thing pitching products for later sale. Unacceptable! Never, ever coming back to this place. Please make yourself a favor and go to a true spa. This place is full of beginners fresh out of school. Urggggg!

Hand & Stone is an amazing place! I have been a member since they first opened and I have never been disappointed! Their therapists are all very professional and skilled. Zack is someone I highly recommended if you need a deep tissue massage !!! Great job I will be back soon!
The place is so inviting and always welcoming! The receptionists are so very friendly and personal! You feel very wanted and comfortable when you are there!! A very nice place to go to!! Sandy
The facilities were spotless. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and efficient. The therapist was great(Suzette) and understood exactly what I needed. I am very pleased with my experience.
