I had confirmation of a 10 am appt today via email. I called to possibly change to later in the day. The lady I spoke to stated well your appointment was actually last week and we have you as a no show. I explained that I had confirmation thatmy appointment was this week at 10. She agreed to change my appt. from 10am to 3pm. I arrived at 250 pm and they did not have my appt. I was told my appt...

Your intake form should inquire as to the level of conversation desired. Talking throughout the facial/massage diminishes the relaxation achieved. Neither of the treatment tables were heated or thickly cushioned for improved comfort. The decor and overall appearance of the treatment rooms needs to be improved as well as the neatness/tidiness.
