I've been here several times, but today was the last. The staff there is so incredibly rude, that in the future I will travel twice as far to give my business to another fabric store.

Apparently this store had a makeover because the employees were very kind. They greeted me when I came in and when I asked for help an employee helped me pick out everything I needed, from buttons to lace. They cut my fabric nicely and we had a friendly conversation. I recently was shopping at this location and was quite pleased with the assistance I received from one of the associates, Brenadette. She was very knowlegable and friendly. She was able to locate the fabric I was looking for and also answer concerns I had.

After going to the Hickory Store and buying out all the fabric I needed for an event, I noticed I needed about 11 more yards.
