Very unprofessional inside office receptionist. Perscriptions were consistantly not given correctly. Phones are rarely answered. You leave voice mails and get delayed responses. Office is open till 5:00pm M-F. Dont show up 3:30pm on Friday. No one is available to help you. My advise, look elsewhere for a clinic that cares and listens to patients not take their cutsey receptionists word for everything.

Dr. Cavazos was a dream come true! His office staff was excellent and very professional. My PCP told me I had arthritis of my knee with no xray and just sent my on my way to take Aleve everyday. Dr. Cavazos' nurse xrayed my knee within 15 minutes of me getting into the office and indeed I don't have artritis at all. Needless to say it made my day.
