The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had no stains and provided with plenty of towels and other amenities. The room was very bright and had a very big comfortable bed. Me and my girlfriend were very satisfied.
My room was not serviced at all for the 2nd and 3rd days. Room needs to be cleaned every day. There were very few items for breakfast. The number of food items for breakfast must be increased. Internet access was okay.
The staff in the hotel were both friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast good. Hotel location is right next to the Naval base and easily accessible from all the local freeways. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the base or Norfolk in general.
We were there to attend the Spring Game at ODU where my nephew plays. I always stay at the Hampton Inn when we travel but this is the first time we had cleanliness issues in our room. When we left the room for the day the bathroom was not cleaned when we came back.
Very friendly and helpful staff....Quiet and relaxing stay. Only problem, most of gates for walking are closed. However, it has a walking trail and a fantastic exercise room. Mini Mart store right outside the gate to get some basic essentials.
