At first I was freaking out because I'm a super protective mom and I can't stand to be away from my son but contrary to my thoughts the dentist and assistants are very friendly and they have assured me that my son is doing well. He is having a crown put on a deep cavity. I'm glad that they helped me be at ease during this experience and they have definitely earned my vote for 5 stars.
Very foul and lame lady!! Don't boss a adult around. Or tell my kids stuff. U need 2 close ur doors!! Go back 2 school on how to do teeth........
Prior to visiting with my 2 kids I had their billing staff check coverage with my insurance to make sure there were no surprise charges after service. A couple months after service surprise! A huge bill with charges for services my insurance supposedly did not cover. I tried to contest the charges and was told they would resubmit to my insurance. I called and spoke with Latoya from their billing staff who informed me my insurance had covered everything and there were no further charges. Months later I receive a collections letter stating I am responsible for other charges not covered....
HORRIBLE DENTIST! HORRIBLE all around and we had to get all her work redone somewhere else
Dr. Heide office is really good, my kids love the doctors and like the way how they been treat they feel like home, they are not afraid any more becuase the way how they xplain the work they are gonna have done it makes feel like is it not a big thing so they feel good about it......I will recomend people to go with her.............. GOOD PLACE.......AND GOOD DOCTORS
