BUYER BEWARE! Working with Hall's was the worst experience we've had with any contractor. We contracted with them for 13 windows, one front door and one back door. They've been around a long time so we felt comfortable using them. We figured, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. They couldn't navigate the permit process, their workers left trash everywhere...

Love the product but they fail when it comes to backing up their warranty. The handle on my new French doors , I paid a pretty penny for, literally fell off 2 weeks ago. I've called 3 times and still haven't had anyone return my call to schedule a repair appointment. Had this problem with a similar issue when I replaced a door at my previous home.

I am so pleased with my new windows! They make such a huge difference in the look of my home. I had a friend come stay with me shortly after the install and she commented how quiet it is. As if that wasn't enough I could clearly see from my heating bill that they made a big difference from the very first day they were installed! Brian explained the process to me so I knew exactly what to expect...

I was so excited to buy new windows for our home. We have family that had used Halls and were very happy. I called and made the appointment a nice gentlemen showed up have a partial estimate. He said he needed to finish the rest as we were adding an exterior door and He would be in touch the next week.
