I tracked down Dr. Toogood, he was also left hanging. He refered me to the Nevada Dental board. I will call tomorrow. I also paid in advance but I used Springstone Patient Financing offered by Half-Dental. I have filed a dispute with them. We will see what happens. I suggest that if you used financing or a credit card that you call them immediately and file a dispute. Has anyone gotten a reply...

Closed down after 14k and work isn't complete. No way to get dental records! WTF!!!

At the beginning the people in the office were very gracious and kind. Here is what I found.
1. They will pressure your into giving them a good rating. The office ladies brought in up every time I was in the office!
2. Half Dental NEVER called me back to confirm (it's been three months Lisa :), what was done with payment.
You will get more prompt service at Urgent Dental.

Ive been going to this dentist since nov. 2014 and was about to do the final fitting to get my implants. I have paid $10,000 (they had a special price for Realtors) got all my teeth pulled and had several appointments along the way.
