Unfortunately Halan has closed as we were coming here today to have lunch. It looks like a new restaurant will be taking its place. Sad to see it go

Halan is officially closed 03/30. According to the note will reopen with a new owner. Reopen date unknown.RIP Halan and the #14 special.

I used to go here often. I decided to come back here, more for their egg rolls. I had their pho and to me it smelled funny but could not figure it out....
