What a terrible experience as a new patient. Actually I am not even a patient. Doctor was well over an hour behind schedule. Extremely rude staff chooses to verify coverage after I am in be chair waiting to be treated. Same rude staff member clearly did not know how to verify coverage, telling me I don't have any.
