Habitat for Humanity has made a clearly defined mission to provide housing for those in need, especially those affected by poverty. The organisation has influence and representatives all over the world and Habitat for Humanity aims to provide relief and a sure, simple and affordable shelter for those who can't get it by themselves.

The ReStore takes in donations of new and used items such as furniture, building materials, and appliances, and resells those items to the public. All proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte.
