Had a bad experience with this company. The owner came out to house and started cussing when i chose not to give him the bid. It really scared me.

I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren t working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.

I called them at which time I was told they had tried numerous phone numbers and did not get anyone! They told me they could not come out until tomorrow morning at which time I told them to forget it and I would find someone else to repair my appliance. Will not use again!!

Did not even want to quote the job, called the previously bought fixtures low quality without even seeing them. Do not bother calling a waste of time. If this is the attitude I cannot imagine the work quality is much better.
