The owner of H & M failed to amend his deceased surveyor's survey which cost me more than $130K in damages. His failure to amend forced me into a horrible boundary line dispute litigation. I had not 1 but 3 surveys that disagreed with his surveyor's results but he never tried to amend the survey and fix the situation. After 2 years my home is still not built because of the horrible lawsuit...

(building cost increases, legal fees, temp housing and other expenses) I reported the surveyor to the state and a code violation was found.
