Staff are incredibly rude. If you accidentally miss your appointment, be aware that they will kick your child out of their office. My son did exceptionally well with Erin, and we liked going, but because we were in the middle of a move I missed his appointment so HE is the one who ultimately loses, and that's sad. They didn't seem to be sensitive at all to the fact that he might not get a good...

The front desk staff was very polite and the office was nice with lots of toys and movies playing but once it got to dealing with the nurses and doctor it was not pleasant. It was my kids first trip to the dentist because we had just moved and getting insurance set up. Well my kids were freaking out and the nurse did try to calm them but as soon as they discovered that my son had some cavaties...

Both of my children go to this dentist and have been for years. The entire staff is very professional, polite, and willing to accommodate everyone's needs. Highly recommend!!!
