Species exhibited here include otters, penguins, alligators, harbor seals, and sharks. This was a fun way to spend a few hours. We had a windy day so we headed here. It was smaller than I expected. My kids are 7 and 12 so we were in the high end of ages that it's best for. We only did general admission...did not pay for any of the extra encounters. We saw the sea lion show and …

Kind of a sad little place.Has small tanks for the animals with little or no enrichment toys. The animals looks as bored as we were. There were very few information signs for the animals they exhibit with some of them stashed away in the areas designated for the overpriced animal encounters.Usually when we go to such places we are there all day. Here we were done in less then 2 hours.

Florida's Gulfarium lies on a sun drenched beachfront of the Gulf of Mexico. Our visitors can explore our park's attractions in approximately 3 hours and may stay into the early evening hours to enjoy a spectacular view of a gorgeous sunset.

Located a few miles from Destin, is the Gulfarium, Florida's premier marine show aquarium destination. Shows allow visitors to watch trainers interact with dolphins, sea lions, otters, and penguins several times a day. The Aquafarm also sells live coral, invertebrates, fish and more. Last admission is at 4p.

The Gulfarium has activities for the entire family. Spend the day leisurely strolling through the animal exhibits. Then, sit back, relax and catch a show featuring dolphins, sea lions, or sharks. If you're after something more active, enjoy some up close and personal interaction in the water with "Kiwi," the dolphin, and its trainer. ©10Best.com
