Guardian Locksmith

Hard to understand Locksmith. Unprofessional without a truck, uniform or logo. He couldn't unlock the door of my Honda Civic. After waiting a long time, I opened the trunk using his tool.

I had a similar experience to everyone else. 1 hour late, same car with FL licence plates (the guys name is Mike and when I called him about a double charge he denied ever doing work on our house), double charged, under quoted, beyond horrible customer service (they told me customer service closes at noon, yea right).
We got locked out, the guy was 1 hour late, they over charged and double charged. The receipt they give you has no company name, no phone # and not tech name. THey used to be Lakewood Locksmith, their company has about 10 different #s and addresses and the same 2...

Substandard product, substandard work, despicable customer service. They installed a lock on my 89 yr old mother's door for $399.00 It quit working several days later, worked off and on. The key wouldn't turn completely. They came out once, but the lock happened to be working at that moment, so the guy just left. When it quit working again, and we called, they blamed my mother, said she didn't have the arm strength to turn the key! (It didn't work for me either, and I'm not weak.) I just had someone come out to get into my car because I accidentally locked the keys in there and I DID NOT have a good experience.

I was completely over charged. They would not give me an estimate of price over the phone because they said they had to see the car first (ridiculous). Then after waiting 30 minutes for them, they finally got to me. The guy totally took advantage of me and the situation because he knew I was in a hurry and I didn't have another option. He saw an opportunity to over charge me because he could. I do not appreciate people who take advantage of others like that....
