As an Association Manager, I work with this company on two of the Communities I manage. They have a great system in place. All of their guards look professional and the company accommodates the different needs of each client.I have especially enjoyed working with branch Manager James Montague. He is extremely easy to work with, professional and friendly!

There is a process of elimination when you apply. They also have a probationary period after you are hired that you go through. Its pretty fair. I was hired as temporary comic con then I was brought on as permanent. There are growth and promotional possibilities within the company and I give then a good rate.

they always hire the wrong people, that's why you always see them posting a help wanted ad on Craigslist every month to replace those bad apples. the front office people don't know how to screen and evaluate the good from the bad. they gathered all these new applicants in on one day for a group orientation and interview and sort out the ugly people from the attractive ones. if you're a hot...
