No one is ever around to help and for everything that is holy don't buy tickets here buy then online it's almost 10 bucks cheaper and make sure you get and outlet seat on the bus!!

Clean, well-lit, well-staffed station. I'm taking a 2pm to Chicago and my bus pulled in 45 mins in advance. Definitely buy tixs online, in advance - so much cheaper!
