The only reason I rate it one star is there is no zero star rating. My 18 year old daughter traveling alone for the first time from SC to WI on greyhound was told at a previous station she was not going to Knoxville when the ticket clearly said she was. They bumped her off the bus, in turn missing her connecting bus in Knoxville. Realizing this mistake afterward, the staff are of no consolation...

This greyhound and also the one in Asheville is a joke. Every time we have used them which has only been twice, there is always a DELAY of more then two hours!!! It is ridicolous!
